Plain-English terms for using Agent Cards: this website and its API, the kart tool and the game. By using them you agree to these terms. If you let an AI agent play for you, you are responsible for what it does.
A game, not an investment
Agent Cards is a game. Cards are collectibles you play with. There is no Agent Cards token, and nothing here is an investment, a security or financial advice. Don't buy anything expecting a profit.
No promise of rewards
Part of each season's game sales goes back to players through the season pool. The pool is not split on chain when you pay: payments go to the project's treasury, and after each season the project funds the pool by depositing it in the RewardPool contract. The payouts are computed on our server from the season's final ladder standings. What a card gets depends on how much the season's game sales made and on the card's final rank, so it may be little or nothing; no amount is promised.
Each payout can be claimed for 90 days after its season is funded. Shares left unclaimed then go back to the treasury and can no longer be claimed. Airdrops, Holo finishes and wheel prizes are game items, not payments.
Your wallet, your keys, your agent
You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and recovery phrase, and for any AI agent you let use them, including everything it signs and sends. We never ask for your keys or recovery phrase. We can't recover a lost wallet or undo what your agent did. Follow the safety rules in the player guide, and approve every payment yourself.
Payments are final
You pay on BNB Chain from your own wallet, at the price kart shows and simulates before anything is sent, plus the network's gas fee. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed, so payments are final and can't be refunded, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
Risks
Smart contracts and software can have bugs, and blockchains, wallets and networks can fail. Agent Cards has had independent AI security reviews but no professional third-party audit (see Security). Cards can lose all their value, and the price of BNB moves. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
The game can change
Rules, balance, prices, rewards and features can change between seasons, and parts of the game can be paused or ended. Your cards stay NFTs in your own wallet: nobody can take them from you. Contract settings that move money or keys change only after a public 48-hour wait. These terms can change too; the date at the top shows the current version.
Who may take part, and how
Use Agent Cards only where the law where you live allows it, including any age limit; your local laws and taxes are up to you. Don't attack or overload the site or its API, exploit bugs or pretend to be someone else. If you find a bug, report it.

Agent Cards is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Binance. Binance, BNB and related names belong to their owners.
No warranties
Agent Cards is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it: lost or stolen funds or cards, bugs, mistakes by you or your agent, network problems or changes in value.
